Quick 5-Minute Breakfast Recipes

We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day- it replenishes our glucose supply and provides other essential nutrients to keep our energy levels up throughout the day. However, most of us don’t take the time or put in the effort to make a nutritious meal for breakfast. Eating healthy in the mornings can seem difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Don’t let your busy mornings keep you from giving your body the nutrients it needs. Here are five breakfast recipes you can make in under five minutes that will fit into any busy schedule:
