WhAt is NAD+?
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme found in every single cell inside our body from the moment we are born. NAD+ is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B3 that can be made from various forms of vitamin B3, usually the niacinamide/nicotinamide form.

NAD+ offers a multifaceted approach to enhancing health and well-being, addressing everything from energy levels and cognitive function to the aging process itself. NAD+ plays a central role in energy metabolism, cell survival, DNA repair and immune cell function. NAD+ ensures proper cellular functioning, to protect our DNA as we age, to maintain a healthy metabolism, and to maintain our circadian rhythms. Restoring NAD+ levels may help promote health and slow down the aging process.
SYMPTOMS OF LOW NAD+ LEVELS
NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, lifestyle factors, and stressors, leading to fatigue, cognitive decline and a weakened immune system. NAD+ supplements help support cellular health, energy production and overall well-being. By the time we're 40, levels have dipped by 50% and by age 60, the NAD+ dip has jumped to 80%.
