You can expect to lose between 2-5 lbs per week.

YES! That is our goal! If you follow our 4 phase protocol, you will gain an understanding of how food affects your body and you will be able to stabilize and maintain your weight.
Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
Alcohol can inhibit weight loss. We suggest NO alcohol to get the most optimal results.
Do I have to exercise while on the program?
You do not have to exercise on our program. Walking is fine, but we want you to concentrate on changing your diet and turning your body into a fat burning machine! If you are determined to stay on an extreme exercise program, we can modify your diet and put you on a different program.
What if I do want to exercise on the program?
Strenuous exercise is not allowed on the Ideal Protein® program. If you want to continue on your workout routine, our dieticians can customize an alternate program to suit your needs.
Why do I have to drink more water when dieting?
Drink at least 64 oz. of water every day. Water is especially important during weight loss because your body tends to go through more water in the process. And remember to drink additional water if you have coffee or a caffeinated beverage.
What’s the difference between Ideal Protein and HCG?
The basics of both protocols is to maintain muscle mass and promote fat loss. They are both low in carbs. We will go over the specifics with you and help you determine which plan would work best for your lifestyle.
