Healthy Living classes are conducted on a weekly basis with the topic changing every week. When the series begins, it always begins with Basic Nutrition 101. In this class, learn what your portion sizes should be to help you lose or maintain weight with overall Lifestyle change.
Classes will also help you learn the difference between the foods that affect your blood sugars, overall health, and also help you make educated, long term decisions to change your lifestyle.
